How much would you pay for a Ventura Vitesse

Hoping for some advice on price and what the bike is like. Planning on using it for a Triathlon this summer. The bike I am buying has been ridden about 3 times and sat in mint condition. Wondering how much you would expect to pay for it?

Any advice would be greatly appreaited.
