It's german Schauff from 80s.
Wheels - 28' Deore
Frame - Powder painting
Crankset - Shimano Selecta
Shifter - Shimano Centeron
Handlebars - ITM Special
Brakes - Weinmann 750 Vainqueur
Tires - Kenda Kwest 700x28c

i think Nobs answer is more realistic , its quite a bottom end bike (with ridiculous cable routing)
