I think they're 80mm Airforce 1s - I'm 85Kg How much air should i put in spring leg and whats max air pressure for the rebound sides?

I could just play around - but I'm not wanting to blow a seal;-)

Thanks - i've looked on Pace - their 2003 manual may be some help- but they don't go back any further(?)

I will have a look through my booklets tomorrow fella, think I may have a original owners manual somewhere, not 100% sure on this, but will have a looksee... :)

Hi Stuey,
let all the air out first; from the bottom two valves, then the top.

Then refill in this order: Put 60psi in the top chamber, and 90psi in the chamber below that. The chamber at bottom on the damper side[with l/o cable only needs 35 to 40 psi. These are "factory" standard settings, and go for all the Airforce/RC38 range.

Check there are no leaks by inserting dropouts into a glass of water-sometimes the schrader housing bonding fails or the valves can clog. If you get quite a lot of oil out of the valves when deflating it is probably due for a service[PM me!]
cheers, hope that helps.

Oh....and btw, if you need them harder[or softer] try to keep the pressures relative to each other; ie increase[or decrease] them all a similar amount :D
