How do I un-seize this type of bottom bracket?

I've looked here, and I've searched YouTube, but I can't find any advice on this. I have a FAG/BSA bottom bracket (common on Bromptons these days) seized in a beautiful frame which I don't want scratching. I have the correct Park tool but just can't shift it. Looking for some tips please.
The outers are plastic and, as you can see, my efforts are gradually damaging it, although it seems to still hold okay. The Park Tool BBT-4 is actually quite difficult to keep in place while trying to lever it off. I'm also worried whether the internal shell thread will still be intact when I try to put another bracket in. Not bothered about keeping the BB at all just don't want to damage the frame when strong-arming it out.

If you're not bothering about keeping the BB then a hammer and blunt chisel should remove it. Place some blankets on the floor place a small block of wood under the BB shell and put the frame onto the blankets in the standing up position. Make sure the frame is well supported, if you can have someone holding it to steady it all the better. Then place the blunt chisel into position and giving it short sharp blows with the hammer it should come away without too much effort…anti-clockwise for that side, clockwise for the other side

Sorry, but what is the 'position' for the chisel, and how will this unscrew the bb, or am I trying to shear it off altogether, in which case how will a blunt chisel go through it. Sorry, but don't understand the process :?

Sorry I've just googled FAG BB and I see that it isn't a locking so disregard the above.

If the proper tool wont stay in place and it was mine I would be tempted to get a large stillson wrench onto it

Legend has it you can smack them out with a hammer.....not sure though!

I did consider that, since the other side came off okay, and just leaves the exposed square taper which would be a target for the hammer and it's only a plastic thread on the other side.

Just wanted somebody to re-assure me that it won't damage the internal thread.

This looks like it is the drive side (RHS) and if so, and English BB, then it is probably reverse thread. (I make this mistake every time.) Difficult to tell from the pictured mangling which direction you are screwing...

Yes, it's BSA so unscrews clockwise, or would if I had the strength of a silverback gorilla.

If it's plastic and you've got the other side out, can you not pull the bearings and axle out and jigsaw it from the middle?
