How do I make signature text a clickable link ?

Ok, this is no doubt a reeeeeally simple thing but I can see how to do it
Where I've got my bikes listed in my signature, how do I make the text a clickable link to take it to the relevant readers bikes post ?
I just want to be able to click the title rather than having to paste the long rambling link on there

That won't make my image clickable ... I guess I need to wrap that in a URL tag
