Where do (did) Orange measure from? Was it centre to centre or centre to top of seat tube?
My old original '95 P7 was, I thought, 17" but I never actually measured it. The one I have just bought, sold as a 19", measures dead on 17" centre to centre (19.5" to top).
It feels right, certainly not to small, but I am just curious. Especially as I am now looking at an ebay frame that is advertised as an 18".
