the model im thinking of was the warp. any good then/now rare, worth looking for? anyone got one?

I remember the Warp... I rode a demo one at the bike show years ago... Veeeeeeeeeeeery nice indeed!

I think they made a mistake when they named it though... They should have called it the Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrp because that's the noise you make when you ride it - just like a motorbike!!

Designed by Peter Denk, before/during his time at Scott, and before he went to Cannondale. Denk was/is a very, very talented engineer. Having ridden much of his Scott output, I've no doubt that a Hot Chilli would rock!

This was one of his, I believe;

Adjustable head angle way before anyone else.
The shoes in the inset pic were awesome! As were the non-clip Tahoe versions. Utterly ace shoes.

this is mine..
its is as far as i know the only one built in black from the factory.. im making some changes at the moment.
i always had a soft spot for the zzyzx forks but the damper system was crap..
so ive fitted some other upside down forks that were a NOS on ebay.

converting to 203mm disks.
soon ish..
