Hope v brake boss hose guide and blanking bolt 'set'

Hello

I am looking for those Hope parts that screw into the V brake boss holes on a fork and guide a hydraulic brake hose (there is a matching one which is simply a blanking bolt).

I think I am looking for the 8mm size and would be happy either with blue or silver.

I appreciate these aren't the biggest parts in the world but I can't find any on-line (only 10mm left it seems).
