how do i get it apart, and what are the replacement bearings?

You can use a socket, from a socket set, of a similar size to press in bearings, or use the old bearing to press in the new one. Want you don't want to do is put any force through the bearing if you see what I mean.

in terms of new bearings... what a minefield...

measured mine and it seems to be 12mm int dia, 27 ext dia and 7mm width.

not found a comparable yet.

Can you find a code on the old bearings? Maybe etched on the one of the races or possibly on the rubber seals.

there are numbers but they are different on each side. 276 and 252
