Due to my riding buddy no longer needing my wheels they are now available (again!).
A matching pair of Hope hubs, Ti-Glide rear and Suspension front. Red flanges with Ti centres. Built onto Mavic 517 CD Ceramic rims. Snowflaked Sapim spokes.
Usual scuffs to ceramic coating, although doesn't affect braking, i.e. brakes do not "snatch", they still feel gorgeously smooth (I still feel like ditching my discs and going back to V's - forgot how good a decent set of V's feel!)
Wheels recently re-built (new spokes and nips) and NO, these wheels DO NOT ping or twang, they are totally silent, even under my bulk
