Hope 6mm brake hose

Am looking for some new brake hoses for my Hope C2 brakes, apparently they use 6mm hoses and all new Hope brakes use 5mm..... Does anybody know where I can get 6mm from?

They're discontinued. Just fit 5mm hoses and banjos instead - they'll work fine. The 5mm hoses are also stiffer so will give you slightly crispier brakes.

do I just need to get 5mm olives then? will the rest of the connector work just the same?

you'll need to replace the fittings at each end of the hose aswel, you should beable to buy it as a kit for each end, think it's about £8 each end.

The cheapest way is to get a kit, hose, banjos olives etc.
The banjo bolts they supply , though, may be too long to work with C2's.
I'm using an extra copper washer on each union.

Hmmm, seems like a need new connectors then!

Can I not use 6mm braided hoses like these?

Or do these still use the 5mm connectors?

Sorry if these questions are a bit simple, am just not looking to fork out £40 for new cables for the discs, the set only cost me £50!
