Two good progs to watch below. Please remember not all homeless people drink or take drugs. A lot have just lost their job.....that's all it takes a lot of the time. I volunteer within this area, ex soldiers, farm closures evicting long term workers..... landlords not accepting housing benefits after job loss, you name it its possible...........they say most of us are only 3 pay cheques away from possibly becoming homeless.

Can't see the vids, but I have a pretty good idea. Been there myself a decade ago.

Getting back on your feet is difficult enough, but without proper paperwork (my identity card was expired) you really can't do it on your own.

A chap I spent an entertaining couple of hours blethering to ten days ago wound up dead in the river.

I have no idea of the circumstances, but he seemed cheerful and on top of things, despite living in a tent over winter in some very cold places.

The number of different stories I have heard over the years belies the clichés about drink, drugs and criminality. Society as a rule tends to lay blame on the individual when it comes to social problems we find hard to deal with.
