Hollowtech2 Bottom bracket tool/adjuster

Hi,
Am heading down the road of external bottom brackets/cranks and wondered if any one has a super cheap bearing cup fitting and adjusting tool for Shimano Hollowtech 2? Super skint so be gentle... Could swap a Park square taper crank extractor if suits.
