Does anybody have an axle for Hollowtech 1 crank as pictured?

Do you know if it's 68 or 73mm shell width,and what length axle?113mm?118mm?

Can't tell you what shell width or axle length you need, but I think the bb model number you need for the xt cranks is es71.

Any of them will fit the M750 (ES70 was the original)
in 113 or 118 (for the different chainline).

A quick look shows Es300 is the current Shimano bottom bracket they sell, seems everywhere lacks stock.
The older ES25 or if lucky the higher end old ones may be found.
