Holdsworth? Pinarello? Mystery bike

Hi all,

I was given a bike a few years ago by a family friend who was not using it. It has decal for Holdsworth, as well as a decal for pinarello. I have done some extensive digging on the serial number, and I really can’t figure out if it is in fact one of these brands, or an imposter with some decals. Serial number is AA33870091. Any help is much appreciated!
