holdsworth and raleigh frame id's - both 531

Managed to pick up a couple of frames really cheap from i guy i met cycling the trans pennine trail last weekend.

first frame is a holdsworth. campag FDR and not much else to help me ident. i have looked at most of the other sites linked from topics on here. any idea what the RSF is stamped on top of the BB?

small raleigh 531 frame. love the colour scheme and the forks but not much to go on. i know it was built in worksop in july 1979 but no much else. brakes are weinmann. headset is "dasage made in japan"

That Holdsworth looks like a late 70s Professional. The lugs, wrapover and lack of mudguard eyelets tell me that. It looks like mine although mine is slightly later (1981 and without the wrapover). Not sure about your serial number although I think I have realised that Holdsworths reset their serial numbers sometime in the late 1970s

I think you could choose whatever color you want but I have only ever seen white, blue and orange ones. For this era the team one was all orange with blue writing (no Blue panels like the earlier ones).
