A fix for a missing 1a bolt Shaun.

Seems like the guy has had a hard time but seems a genuine seller. Clearly an ok frame, quality lugs for sure although dropouts look unbranded.

i am getting convinced that it's a shitey peugeot style frame made by ??? ltd of france. it's perfectly possibly that someone made one as the la vie claire team were hugely popular in the mid 80s. it would be a nice money spinner that's for sure!
