Help with unidentified, likely French, bike: distinctive headtube lugs?

Made some progress on this: The lugs are Nervex Legere 110. The bottom bracket features an oil port/ grease nipple. There's a "Norex 38" leather saddle and Mavic "Championat du Monde" 36 spoke rims on 1035 Nuovo Record French threaded large flange hubs- these are all original to the bike. Dropouts front and rear are stamped 67- does this all support a possible date of 1967? Unfortunately, everything else is a later addition and covers the 70's & 80's.
