Help with Saracen

does anyone know what year and model this Saracen might be? 1 1/8” head tube. Also looks to me like the fork is non original, any other opinions on that? Thanks in advance.

Thought it might be a Kili frame but no wishbone ....

Amazing colour. As for year? Hmmm, I'd guess 95/96 but I'm no expert.
