Help with frame ID?

Bought a stripped track frame recently, with no forks.

Was wondering if anyone could help identifying some of its features? I don't know if its modern, or old. Could be that its just too generic to tell! Thanks for looking

Ah well ! Lovely looking frame, nice lug shorelines and fishtail track ends :) looks very Woodrup-ish for some reason

Are there any holes in head tube to indicate presence of a prior badge? If so - spacing?

Do you have a pic of rear brake bridge? Is it curved or straight? Is it reinforced?

Also, is that a simple non-reinforced seat post clamp? Am I seeing correctly, that is not an integral seat post clamp and bolt?

Are there absolutely no braze-ons?

Hey Doug,

No braze ons, or evidence of them as far I can tell. No holes in headtube for badge.

It's a simple seat post clamp. Rear bridge is straight. With a cut out that looks like a pretty rough job imo probably done by one of the previous owners for more tyre clearance....
