Help with Condor I:D

Hello, I hope you knowledgeable folk can help me identify the bike I just bought from a local junk shop this afternoon. It's a chrome and red Condor with Campagnolo Gran sport groupset, no serial numbers , fabulous lug work like very ornate spears, campagnolo dropouts ,no eyelets, and very light weight,think it's polychromatic red, orange lug lining and chrome chain stay &lugs

If the lugs of the Condor are very ornate it could be built by Bill Hurlow. There are more details at http://www.classicrendezvous.com/Britis ... r_main.htm The Condors I've seen have a number on the bottom bracket and fork column.

Thank you , the frame appears to have EO in a diamond, and a number that's obscured by thick paint finish and poor eye sight. What period were Mavic module clincher rims from.
