Forks have "98" stamped in them, with the letters FdC

well the forks are marzocchi but the frame? who knows

Looks like a generic oversize alu frame to me, like the ones the factories in the far-east churned out by the gazillion in the 90's (and still do).
May have been from a reputable company, but the names "British Eagle", "Claud Butler", or "Townsend" seem to come to mind :?
