HELP Please - Early Massi Rare Carbon Fibre CMD Bike?

I'm having trouble finding any info on this bike that I've owned in the UK for 10 years.
Particularly, what year is it and what would the original parts spec have been?
When it cane into my ownership, it came withStronglight Delta 42-53 Chainset, Omega (Italy) Bottom bracket 34.8x24 F.S and Gipiemmw Brakes and changers.
The frame looks to be an early carbon example; likely composite construction where carbon tubes are bonded to aluminium.
Although it rides very well, I've too many bikes so having to look at selling it.

Is the rear triangle carbon or is it aluminium under the paint?

Not certain but I'd suspect aluminium.

Typical late 90's early Millennium.

Lack of quill stem and 1" inch threaded headset would rule out early-mid 1990's.
