HELP! LO - PRO Frame - Another Identity thread

I'm interested in buying this bike, I don't actually own it... The current owner says he knows nothing about it, no makers logos, material stamps/ logos, nothing what so ever.

I apologize about the photos but hope that somebody may be able to help me identify it.

I've requested more photos but am awaiting a reply.
