Help in identifying mystery hub.

Can anyone identify the make /model of this hub.
The only markings are - Made in England. Pat No 698124
It was laced to a 26x1 1/4 rim.

Does not look like the Phillips, what is the name on the hub next to "patent", I can't read it.

The only markings are -
Made in England. Pat No 698124

From the link above - It looks to be a Philips Credex hub (no 546)
