Help identifying manufacturing date on Dawes Super Galaxy

Just bought a super galaxy for cheap as has bad rust. Will eventually get shot blasted and powder coated.

I figured someone here would know what year it is and whether it would be reynolds tubing or not

Probably about 15/20 years old.
Think Super Galaxy models were always 531DB

It's a later one after 531DB was discontinued, so it will be 531ST.

Looks around 1999-2000 IIRC from the decals. Try the catalogue section. It looks like a rebuild on an older frame: it uses a quill adaptor and the cranks are later.
