Help Identifying Bicycle frame. exhausted google...

Hello all,

I have been given an old racing bike frame and have honestly spent hours trying to find out what it is. I was looking for a project to restore an old bicycle, so I got this. Sorry photos are bad, I decided to look here for help halfway through the paint stripping process. Basically all i have to work with is a head badge that says Challange with a man running icon. and the words concorde printed on the sides of the frame. I can not find anything thats related to either of these on google, gumtree, ebay and amazon.

I would like to after the bike is powder coated at the end of the week, find a new head badge/sticker to re badge the bike.

yeah i see what you mean, the main thing that stands out on this bike is how short the fork/stem tube is on the frame, most bikes i have looked at have rather long ones.

that is a very close looking bike on some of the puch models
