Help Identifying a BB?

I've seen a lot of different titanium spindled bottom brackets from the 90s, but this one's got me stumped. Anyone care to clue me in? It's from the 1994-95 era. Nicely machined with the only marking I can find being a "6-4-5" on the spindle - nothing on the cups. Sealed bearings, very light.
