Help ID my Dawes find please

BB shell stamped Made in England with 04-61 (date?) with TS2 1513 on seat collar lug.

Oh, any ideas on the bars/stem?

Hi, from a distance it looks late 1950's- early 1960's, Dawes serial numbers are a black art, so try the williams crank http://www.classiclightweights.co.uk/williamsdating.html it may give the answer you require. Terry

It's setup as a fixie at present and appears to have been for some time so i'm not sure if the chainset is original?

I'll take a look again tomorrow when i've shifted some of the crud of it!!

Need a better view of the handlebars but from this distance they look like a pair of Reynolds Time Trial bars from the 50's. Do they have a central 'bulge'? There may be some identification writing engraved into the end of one side under the tape.
