Help ID Frame Please...?

Hi - I have owned this bike for years (was bought from another cyclist who had also just used it for turbo Training duties) and always wondered what the frame is.

Had a good look around it today and found some markings.

Everest stamped on BB Shell
Frame number seems to be 195CG58
Columbus stamped around fork dropout

Now considering stripping and redoing the frame and sourcing correct period components for it.

Any help much appreciated
