help from a german retrobiker... PLEASE HELP

hi,
im after a favour from a german retrobiker....
i am attempting to buy some grips from germany via e-bay.
i sent the cash (euros) in a recorded envelope, but it has been lost in the post !!
im after someone in germany with pay-pal, that i can transfer 35 euros to, and then im asking if they can transfer it to this guys account please.
in return i can offer a bit of extra cash and an onza`sticker !
please help.... this guy thinks im messing him around, im not i have postal receipts etc etc... but he wants his cash and has now opened a dispute !.
also a german friend might be able to explain things a bit better.

but yes thats right , i just brought the worlds most expensive grips , well actually im still trying, hopefully i should get my money back from the recorded delivery letter.
also carston is helping me sort this one out, so thanks for all the offers but i think i should be sorted now.
