Hello from Vancouver

VanColnago

Retro Newbie
Hi everyone. Thanks for having me as a new member of retrobike. :-)

I live in rainy Vancouver, BC but have visited the UK a couple of times.

Life has been cruel to me for the past few years as I've been starting up a new business and have had no time for life's delicious pleasures such as cycling. I am the proud owner of a Colnago something-or-other from the late 80s to early 90s that I REALLY hope I'll have some time to ride this summer, and once I can post photos here I'll be asking some of the wise folks here for some help in making that identification less vague.

Cheers!

Welcome - was in Vancouver a few years ago - great place to live. Look forward to seeing the bikes!

lived in the West End, then Tsawwassen for 20 years

You will , in the end , have many bikes . You don't think so right now but it will happen , trust me .
We are a friendly bunch , and are as free with our advice and knowledge , as we are with our mickey taking / banter .
Oh and I nearly forgot , there is a buoyant market of cheap tat to buy and sell too !

Welcome to RB and hope you enjoy your time here :D
Only one bike ? Not a problem. This time next year youll have 5 and another 5 unbuilt, a very large amount of old bike bits and no savings

Welcome to the world of RB from Northern Ireland, I have relations in North Van who do a little cycling.
