Height to weight....i need to loose some

There was some great stuff in Cycling Plus about 5 years ago. It helped with small changes.

Bag of crisps every day at lunchtime with sandwiches? 2kg per year.
etc etc.

It really helped me make small changes. The other one is getting a ride pal or two and making it regular.
 
Gonna cut out obvious fat and eat more vegatarian stuff again............have noticed a slight diff since this thread 1st up.......anti clog diet coming up :D
 
6'3" and about 12stone maybe a bit less :?
Due to being tall and thin i am in the eyes of the nutritionist a bit underweight.

Got a bit of a belly :oops: God knows where from as i eat like a budgie :lol:
Too much cola methinks :oops:
