heeadshok help for my cannondale super v2000 sl

hi all

i have recently managed to get my cannondale super v2000 back from a mate,and the headshok needs some sort of service.i was wundering if any one can give me advice on a DIY service and is there any way that i may be able to fit normal suspension forks to the bike.

IIRC you can get headset reducer cups so you can fit a 1 1/8 headset & fork to it...

Yeah mate,

you can get 'reducer cups' that will take it down from the 1.5" to 1&1/8th

that you will probably be looking for.

FSA do a 1.5" to 1 1/8" headset so that 'normal' forks can be used.

If I'm not mistaken, doesn't it still need to be a cannodale specific reducer like that one point five posted? Been so long I can't recall. Interested to know if that's right tho.
