headset for a 1993 kilaeua with P2s?

Hi all,

I'm looking for a threaded headset to put on a 93 Kilauea with a set of P2s. Any recommendations? I know the original impact sets were pretty low-profile. Is it worth looking around for an original one of these or is there any new alternative that would work well?

Impact headsets do come up from time to time and generally cost about £10-12. They are quite low, so I have heard of people buying other brands and finding their steerer a frustrating couple of mm too short. I personally don't know which to recommend, but I suggest you take care about the stack height!

Righto. Thanks for the advice. It's going to be a few weeks till I get round to working on it but I'll check it out then. I'll throw up a wanted in the classifieds for now.
