Headbadge/frame identification

Nice bike! The lugs and wrap-around seat stays remind me of the bikes that were made by Betbeder in France. Brand names were Regina Sport, Lapebie and Louison Bobet. Does it have a Zeus fork crown, by any chance?

nice frame you have there mate, to me it looks like some sort of holdsworth with those seat stay lugs , although i could be wrong,its happened before, many times before

Those seatstays look more similar to my gf's Gazelle.

Holdsworth never had, to my knowledge, those heart-shaped cut-outs in their lugs and also never hard touching wrap over stays.
