harry quinn numbers ? help needed

i have been offered a bike the guy said its a hq frame numbers are

n2j 390 14 ?

can you help ,no pics

AFAIK all pukka Harry Quinn frames (not those monstrosities made when Ernie Clements bought the name) start with a Q...........with the Q being made from an O and a 1.

That number looks like a half attempt at a postcode and a house number ?

You might ask if there are other numbers on the BB beside these? I agree with Shaun & CTK about the postcode and house no, but no harm in asking eh?
