Harry Hall ATB Frame and Fork in 531

Harry Hall ATB in Reynolds 531, both frame and fork. Clearly not in great cosmetic condition but structurally sound. Will leave in BB, headset and bullmoose bars (although someone has cut them down). Think it is an 18/19" in old money.
