Looking for the above. For a early noughties build. Black bars 42cc. Matching stem 110mm, 6 degree rise/fall, for 1 1/8 forks. Anyone got something for me?

I regret a bit I did not warn you earlier, but we have some tons of bars both in 26 and 31.8mm diametre, and stems also in variable lengths 
could have packed it, but it's not worth for such small items to send them individually

For bend, I recommend either Deda RHM (we can buy those here for 13 quids) or Syntace Racelite CDR 7075. The latter is non-compact, but has a very gentle curve.
