If its not 1" or 1 1/8th it must be 1 1/4 right...

I did a 'Team Klein' repaint on an old Raleigh and the original headset was like a devolution...
1 1/8th cups but with a 1" quill stem fitting....

Perhaps thats whats confusing them?

That's what I mean, any bike shop not totally staffed by 16 year olds should know about the shitty Raleigh bmx headsets.

The prices they seem to be charging seem bizarre, it's as if some muppet has told them any old crap is now worth money when truth is that the stuff they have for sale now is the crap that no one wanted first time round, let alone 20 years later.

They are obviously putting crack in the water up in Bradford now . You'd have thought that having them for sale for the past month and not being sold that they were overpriced and they'd reduce them.
They did have a Raleigh lightweight Chinook that went for about £300 despite being a wheel short. That was a bit shocking.

Last one was outed and dicussed here a week ago. Conclusion was that it was worth around half what they want, the ravines are also worth about half as well.
