Gum Wall Tires

I have seen a few people asking about gum wall tires in the past and where to get them. I think these are a better alternative then Veloflex which often get mentioned (less writing on side walls) and at the moment they are well discounted at Planet X

I've got Schwalbe Delta Cruisers in gum wall on my retro bike. Good all rounders IMO

and high on bikes are a terrific company to deal with - i have been getting my vittoria rally tubs from them for ages and they always send next day delivery . .

Stout & lager could qualify for poor taste I s'pose but performance enhancement is only part of the equation with regard to rolling resistance ......if we're talking tyres :facepalm:

Good price on the Vittoria's.

Used PlanetX & HOB's and can't fault hem or the delivery times, Once ordered something from HOB's in the morning and it arrived the same day :shock:

Looks like PlanetX are selling the old version! Can say that the first version of these tyres are mint in the dry
but scary in the wet, watched my friend go down twice in the wet, so he took them off.
