I wouldn't worry too much, these seem to be available more often than not. It's the real mountain goat ones that are harder to come by.

I did the same thing once. I was planning to bid for a set of M900 cantis and got drunk and forgot the whole thing. They even went cheaper than I thought.......

.....but a very nice fellow Retrobiker helped me out not too long ago and sold me a beautiful set for a fair price. So it all turned out for the best....
