I'm due for a bit of surgery on my rotator cuff but because of the 6-week post op lay-off, I'm trying to get this scheduled for November/December.

dont eat the food mate ....spent 2 weeks in hospital with blood clots and pulm emboes...tried to avoid their food as much as i could..ps dominoes deliver to the wards so you should be ok...good luck fella.

The thought of nearly 6 months unpaid time off is driving me nuts.
Managed to have a half hour wizzz through the woods, today, though.
Only had to stop four times.
Depressing to think , though, that only 3 months ago I was prancing, SS, the 600ft up Gibbet Hill.
There's the rub; if I was a chain smoking Lardass, I'd be right at the front of the queue. :evil:
