Believe me when I say the only way to build a Xizang at 18lbs is if it's a single speed. Yes a nice bike but it better be for what he's asking. You can grab a mint Xizang canvas(frame) for 8-900 and that leaves you 2300 plus to to paint with and you can paint a damn nice bike for that kind of money for parts and components.
