Close, but the fork is a rite-off and the other 2 niggles don't really boost confidence for the overall condition.
I think there's better out there.

my thinking was it wouldn't sell so they would be open to a very cheeky offer just so they are rid of it... i know i just slash my prices right down to get rid and have some space.
but you're right, the shock and bushings may be knackered etc...
