Hi all, having bought a new (?) retrobike project, I need to make way for it in the shed, so these parts have to go sadly. I do have a ton of other more modern parts too, but thought that these would be of interest. If I am way out with the prices, let me know and make me an offer:

GT RTS full frame. Front is from a 97 RTS, the rear from a 92 RTS-2.
C-C: 18 inches
C-T: 20.5 inches
Original Shock, original Tioga Alchemy aheadset and original seatpost all included from the 1992 RTS2 front that died. Sad to see her go, as was saving for a rainy day.
- £70 posted (SOLD - £60 posted)

I do also have a spare alu rear end for the RTS if you don't want the chromo one.

Silver (painted) DCD. Pretty good condition, with only a few marks.
- £12 posted (SOLD)

Kore lite seatpost - 27.0. Bought this as was informed it was a 26.8 and would therefore fit my other RTS project, but alas it was a 27.0. Fairly good condition, with marks as expected lower down the post. Logos fine though.
- £20 posted (SOLD)

Let me know if you need any more info or pics.

I would also consider part swaps for any of these items. Looking for a hope ti rear hub, or hope wheelset that any of these items could be used in part exchange of? Also have some noleen carbon crosslink forks that I may swap for a decent set of wheels.

I'm also selling a bunch of newer items on eBay if anyone is interested, including a Merlin Malt 1 frame, a 'THE' carbon bar/stem combo, some XT (current) wheels, disc brakes, Marzocchi Bomber Marathon Race forks etc - http://shop.ebay.co.uk/i_s_shaw/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_from=&_ipg=&_trksid=p4340

I may add some more stuff, including some carbon crosslinks if the interest is there.

Fair point, the most useful info missed off the post.

C-C: 18 inches
C-T: 20.5 inches

Sory for my stupidity.

Ian

I've updated the listing to include the possibility of swaps/part exchange, and to promote my eBay listing of more modern stuff, which may or may not be of interest to anyone on the forum.

It is just a GT RTS, no model number. From my understanding, as GT continued to push the LTS, they obviously stopped making RTS models, but there were still a few made/sold in 1997, which is when I believe the front end of this frame is from. Throughout the run of RTS models, I believe that there were the following models (though happy to stand corrected):

Team RTS, RTS, RTS1, 2 and 3.

I hope this helps.

Ian

Ok people, open to offers as I need to clear the space for a new project, fund some upgrades and buy some things for my newborn son (priorities not necessarily in that order).
