Just a guess but I'm betting it's headed towards either the left coast of the US or Germany.

I'm thinking it's more likely that will cease to be a complete bike about 10 minutes after the buyer gets it and then most of those parts will be back on eBay very soon.

I would pretty much agree with that. Likely the buyer grabbed it for the crank, wheels, seat post or something they need and the rest will get listed. It should return well.
