GT Karakorum - breaking for parts but don't know their value

Following items salvaged from my broken GT Karakorum - any advice as to the value of the following parts would be very much appreciated:

Shimano 'GT' rear U brake and attachments
Front Shimano V brakes
XT shifters / brake levers
LX front derailleur
LX rear derailleur
Shimano cranks for taper fit bottom bracket
GT Karakorum front forks (bright yellow pattern)
7 speed rear wheel (FIR rim) - very good condition
Front wheel (FIR rim) - very good condition
Bottom bracket (presently still in frame but can be removed) - very good condition
Girvin Flex Stem - yellow with red elastomer
Handlebars
Seat post

Have a search through the For Sale section. Part of the rules when using the forum is that prices are left in adverts when things are sold.
This is to help anyone with the same questions you are asking.
Most of the parts you have will have been sold on here over the past year or two.

Pricing is of course very subjective, but a bit of research can go a long way.
If in doubt post up some good pictures, price things a little higher, and then gradually drop the price until it sells.
