170mm steerer is pretty small though. My 20" zaskar has a 15cm headtube

I'm guessing they are the same dimensions as the ones on my '91 Karakoram Elite, which tunred out to be 173mm.

140mm head tube means low stack height for headset, as I'm finding out!
