GT Backwoods revival...

Non-functioning , dejected , early Backwoods picked up for £60.....couldnt resist something to play with!
No plans other than try to restore to working without spending...

Cool. Backwoods was always my favourite GT. I've no idea why. Think I just liked the name (and the Pantera, like the band!)

Revived quite well....!!
Drive train preserved nicely under all that oil and grime...looks barely worn to be honest.
Frame and graphics well marked and worn.....but no frame damage....built like a tank!
Wheels turned out very nice...really impressed with how they cleaned up.
GT Bulb hub and Zac19 Rim for the front....
Parallax hub and Zac19 Rim for the rear..
Couple of tiny rim marks but cleaned up really smart.

Popped a pair of Hope skewers in the wheels , and a set of grips i had , job done...nothing spent!!
Chain , cables , everything reused....and it rides just nice.
